2 - Offsite in Italy
As soon as the team arrives, we take care of everything. During the offsite, we moderate discussions, offer expertise and promote productive exchange within the team.
3 - Follow-up
As a follow-up, we review the results achieved together and ensure that the implementation of the strategic plans can begin.

By plane
The nearest airports are Pisa (PSA, approx. 45 km away) and Florence (FLR, approx. 110 km away). From both airports you can easily take the train via Pisa to Castiglioncello.
By train
A good alternative for a relaxed journey is the Austrian Federal Railways with its night trains from Munich or Vienna to Florence.
