Dagmar is an experienced systemic consultant, facilitator and coach. She has worked with leaders and teams in the private and public sector, empowering organizational development.

Dagmar works purposeful in digital agile transformations. Through active listening, reflection and trust in people, she helps clients find the best version of themselves and their organization.

Robert Stulle

Robert is a principal consultant, trainer and coach with over 30 years of professional experience. His background is in design, digital product development and business consulting.

Robert has years of practical experience as a manager with team responsibility. He was a partner and co-owner of an international design agency. Robert knows how hard it is to lead teams and what it means to steer a company.
