1 - Preparation
We clarify in advance which goals are being pursued, which topics the team wants to work on and which results are important.
2 - Offsite in Italy
As soon as the team arrives, we take care of everything. During the offsite, we moderate discussions, offer expertise and promote productive exchange within the team.
3 - Follow-up
As a follow-up, we review the results achieved together and ensure that the implementation of the strategic plans can begin.

Anreise
Flugzeug
Die umliegenden Flughäfen sind Pisa (PSA, ca 45 km entfernt) und Florenz (FLR, ca. 110 km entfernt). Von beiden Flughäfen aus kannst Du bequem die Züge über Pisa nach Castiglioncello nutzen.
Bahn
Eine gute Alternative für eine entspannte Anreise bietet die Österreichische Bundesbahn mit ihren Nachtzügen von München oder Wien nach Florenz.
